Samsung F480 Flash Problem

I flash more samsung set by HWK but I can not Flash Samsung F480. Its show blew massage.
Please help HWK user.

1ST STEP
Tick QualComm Mode then try to Connect phone via USB,

Can see in Picture its untick & selected rj-45 insted of QCDI Auto..!

2ND STEP

USE USB AND and one or two other things:

1- select proper model in software.

2- put your phone in download mode you will see it device manager in modem part (make sure that value of modem comport is not big because this can make problems when flashing qualcomm model.

download mode= volume down + camera or lock button + power on
